Shipping Policy

Formal Peptides ships research materials from our United States fulfillment center. Orders are prepared for qualified laboratories with secure packaging, discreet labeling, and full traceability from checkout to delivery.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

We use trusted domestic carriers with tracking on every shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order contents. Cold-chain or specialty handling requirements should be noted in your order comments.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Free shipping applies to qualifying domestic orders over $150. Promotional shipping offers, when active, are applied automatically in the cart.

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the shipping label is created. For assistance with a delayed or missing shipment, contact our support team with your order number.

We currently ship within the United States only. Products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use. We do not ship to P.O. boxes where carrier restrictions apply. A valid research account may be required for certain catalog items.
